SAP Material Management Manager
Your mission
You’re an experienced SAP MM leader who combines strategic thinking, entrepreneurial drive, and a strong client focus? You inspire teams, build trusted relationships, and turn complex procurement and logistics challenges into sustainable business solutions? Then you’ll fit right in with us.
- Lead SAP MM projects and programs end-to-end, taking responsibility for delivery, quality, budget, and client satisfaction across life sciences and chemical industries.
- Advise senior stakeholders on procurement, inventory, and logistics processes, translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Lead and develop project teams, providing direction, coaching, and expertise across international SAP engagements.
- Shape SAP solutions across the full project lifecycle, from strategy and requirements through implementation, testing, and rollout, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific requirements such as GMP and GxP, delivering practical, reliable, and audit-ready solutions.
- Drive business development through client relationships, proposals, workshops, and identification of new opportunities.
- Contribute to the growth of our SAP MM practice through thought leadership, market expertise, and the development of innovative solutions.
Your profile
- Degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of SAP MM consulting experience, ideally in life sciences or the chemical industry, with proven leadership of projects, teams, and client engagements.
- Deep expertise in SAP MM and procurement processes, complemented by knowledge of related modules such as SD, PP, WM, and QM.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and logistics, combined with a strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence at senior client level.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in German and English
