Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software applications that align with specific business processes and requirements. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application features and ensure that the solutions developed effectively support organizational goals. Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, contributing to the creation of efficient and user-centric software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of design specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori design principles and UI5 controls.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues.
- Understanding of integration techniques with backend SAP systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
