Front Desk Receptionist

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Performs routine clerical procedures in support of assigned company departments and monitors incoming office calls.

STEP INTO THE ROLE

• Serves as company receptionist; answers incoming phone calls and greets clients.
• Maintains good rapport with field personnel calling in for assistance.
• Provides clerical support to various departments and jobsites as needed (copying, filing, data entry, supplies, etc.).
• Provides backup shipping coverage to Building Services Support Assistant.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, front desk reception or call center experience.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

• Bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills in order to work with employees and the public.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

$17.98 - $24.72 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
