Front Desk Staff (flexible, as-needed)

About the role

HealthFitness is looking for Front Desk Staff to join the team at our client site located in Haymarket, VA. This position is as-needed/fill-in/substitute so number of hours working depends on demand and scheduling.

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

The compensation range for this role is $16/hr - $17/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.  We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
