Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

What You’ll Do:
Deliver top-notch direct nursing care to our Long-Term, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents.
Observe, report, and manage resident care with a supportive team backing you up.
What You Need:
Current Ohio LPN license (unencumbered)
Great documentation skills & strong attendance
A passion for working with the elderly and a 12-hour shift mindset
