Job Summary:**

Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV is seeking an R&D Trainee to support research and development activities, contributing to innovative solutions in automotive electrical systems. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering environment.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist R&D engineers in the design, development, and testing of new automotive electrical components and systems.
* Conduct experiments, collect data, and analyze results under supervision.
* Support the creation and modification of technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for product improvement and innovation.
* Perform literature reviews and research on emerging technologies and market trends.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality, to ensure seamless integration of R&D efforts.
* Troubleshoot and debug prototypes and experimental setups.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (recently graduated or expecting to graduate within 6 months).
* Strong academic record.
* Basic understanding of automotive electrical systems and components.
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) is a plus.
