We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.
## The impact you’ll make
As Director of Order Fulfillment Management, you will lead Order Execution for Lam’s new Kulim manufacturing site and play a key role in strengthening execution performance across Asia and the global network.
You will own order execution from customer commitment through shipment and closure, ensuring products are delivered with speed, quality, and predictability. You will lead the site’s System Project Management and escalation management capabilities, partnering across Sales Operations, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other global functions to resolve critical issues, improve customer delivery performance, and prevent recurrence.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for delivering global customer commitments, strengthening execution discipline, and building scalable capabilities to support Lam’s continued growth.
## What you’ll do
- Lead the Order Fulfillment Management and System Project Management teams supporting Lam's Kulim manufacturing site, driving execution from customer commitment through shipment and closure.
- Own delivery performance, including On-Time as Committed (OTAC), On-Time to Plan (OTTP), cycle time, and customer delivery experience, while ensuring predictable execution across the network.
- Serve as the senior escalation leader for customer and operational issues, driving rapid resolution, structured root-cause problem solving, and sustainable corrective actions.
- Partner across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Global Operations to align priorities, mitigate risk, deliver customer commitments and create long-term solutions.
- Build and develop a high-performing organization by strengthening talent, global accountability, execution discipline, and decision-making capabilities.
- Lead structured root-cause problem solving to drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives that enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and scalability while supporting Lam's growth objectives.
## Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10 or more years of progressive experience in global operations, manufacturing, supply chain, order fulfillment, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a senior management or director-level role within a global, matrixed environment.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and end-to-end order execution processes.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer and operational outcomes at scale.
- Strong structured problem-solving capabilities, including experience with root-cause methodologies such as 8D.
- Proven ability to operate under pressure and manage high-impact, time-sensitive customer and operational issues.
- Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish accountability, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts across organizational levels.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex issues with clarity.
- Fluency in English.
## Preferred qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or another complex global industry.
- Experience leading through rapid business growth, transformation, or manufacturing ramp.
- Track record of improving customer delivery performance, operational efficiency, and execution predictability.
- Experience building scalable operating models, organizational capabilities, and talent pipelines.
- Ability to translate strategy into coordinated execution across sites and functions.
- High agility and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience influencing Business Units and global functions without direct authority.
- Approximately 20% travel.
- Ability to collaborate across Asia, Europe, and U.S. time zones.
