Analyst - Global MOC Cority SupportSummary:
This position is responsible for support and implementation of standard and customized electronic Management of Change (MOC) technology on Cority tool at multiple locations and functions. Works on assigned Cority project tasks, prepares, and collects necessary information for requested Cority MOC solutions. Leads projects for implementing or upgrading Cority MOC. Prioritize issues and escalated to appropriated support team and coordinates between functional/or site process owners, Cority, and Momentive IT. Responsible to promote and enforce Momentive Corporate policies and standards (EHS, IT, Quality, Procurement, Tolling, etc.). Potential future opportunity to provide support and drive enhancement for EHS and Quality IT systems.In addition, the position serves as a global administrator for Gensuite and other EHS digital platforms, providing system governance, reporting, user support, and continuous improvement. The role actively contributes to the Global EHS & PSM Digital Excellence program by driving digital transformation initiatives, supporting data analytics, developing technology roadmaps, integrating EHS systems, and implementing innovative digital and AI-enabled solutions to improve global EHS and Process Safety performance.
Responsibilities Include:
Tasks and responsibilities of the position:
- Customize, Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of company standard MOC system in Cority tool.
- Execute on eMOC projects, including following project methodology, requirements gathering, system evaluation and customization needs, resource scheduling, and documentation preparing.
- End-user support of MOC related in Cority software.
- Advising, coordinating, and supporting end-user requests for new solutions/ enhancements related to MOC Cority. Gathering the required information to determine if further IT standard processes are necessary, for example to submit a project.
- Keeping accuracy of Cority MOC and employee demographic data feed.
- Creating and maintaining system documentation, installation scripts, end-user help document and meeting minutes as required.
- Assist in providing training to end-users for MOC system in Cority.
- Participating team meetings, knowledge transfers and project stage gates meetings as required.
- Gensuite Administrator for Momentive globally - including monthly metrics reporting for EHS from Gensuite, support for current function use, training and support, plus additional utility/uses (for example ergonomic assessment, reg auditor, etc.).
- Administrator to the other EHS solutions for Momentive globally - Sharepoint (EHS Compliance Portal), Avetta, OHM , Everbridge, and MSDSonline. Support EHS in Digital Excellence with managing EHS Compliance Portal Project, etc.
- Overall support and engage in global EHS&PSM Digital Excellence (DE) program, work to develop a total digital solution and roadmap for global EHS&PSM operations and improvement, e.g. to collect site data and info, to conduct the data analysis, to develop global DE strategy, to execute the DE strategic actions, e.g. work with Gensuite for new AI powered tools, work with site EHS for global and local EHS & PSM digital tool integration, development and improvement

Key Metrics Role is Accountable For:
Ensure successful implementation of Cority MOC system across identified sites, lead and manage cross functional engagements to promote and enforce Momentive Corporate policies and standards. Support any other agreed or adhoc projects/tasks from time to time.

Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of technical including 1+ years of Project Management experience.
- Lead conversations on system architecture, system limitations and leading practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and relevant business applications
- Strong English Communication Skills across functions and role types, internally and externally (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working experience in Cority tool / MOC
- Provide software development, planning, design, and analysis globally.
- Excellent communication skills – demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global, matrix environment
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables
