What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, fast, and exceptional customer service.
- Get to know our regular customers and create a welcoming experience.
- Prepare and serve deli food items according to Tiger standards.
- Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately.
- Stock, organize, and rotate products and ingredients.
- Keep the deli, store, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and inviting.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly during busy periods.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- A positive, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
