Consultant - Manager – Energy Commercial and Strategy Advisory

Our leading Energy Strategy and Commercial Advisory practice has open opportunities from Consultant through to Manager to join the team in Singapore.

We are looking for a motivated consultant passionate about building their career in the energy sector to join our growing advisory team in Singapore. The right person will bring strong analytical skills, curiosity and a practical approach to problem-solving. You will support senior colleagues and clients as they navigate the energy transition, optimise strategies, assess project opportunities and develop new business models in dynamic market environments. In keeping with our strong people focus, we are looking for someone who is just as passionate about their own development, and that of their team, as they are about our industries.

What you will be doing

You will be working at the forefront of the energy sector alongside market specialists with deep industry knowledge where you will be able to deploy and then broaden your skill set and expertise. 

We are proud to work with the foremost energy companies, policymakers, regulators, investors, developers, and operating globally across the energy supply chain. Led by a Senior Management Team respected as Thought Leaders within the industry, we help our clients shape, define and implement change in energy markets. 

Examples of the types of projects you may work on include: 

• Advising investors, developers, utilities, corporates and governments on strategic decisions across the energy transition
• Supporting clients to evaluate opportunities across power, gas and energy infrastructure markets
• Developing market outlooks and growth strategies in rapidly evolving energy markets
• Helping large energy users develop and implement decarbonisation, electrification and energy procurement strategies
• Advising on regulatory change and policy development across APAC markets

Your skills and experience

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a management consultancy or an internal strategy role within the energy sector
• You are passionate about energy and energy decarbonisation!
• You can demonstrate a strong aptitude and appetite for structured problem-solving and analysis, with the ability to explain methods and concepts clearly
• You are comfortable in handling data and numerical analysis 
• You are personable and professional, with excellent communication and presentation skills and an effective team player
