What You'll Do
- Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, polishing, and maintaining hard surface floors
- Clean carpets through vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting
- Follow established maintenance schedules and procedures
- Coordinate floor care activities to minimize disruption in resident living areas
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Remove dirt, dust, grease, and debris using proper cleaning methods and products
- Help create a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents and guests
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Trade school education preferred
- Previous floor care, environmental services, housekeeping, or maintenance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
