THE JOB:

Bring the game to life by dealing and running tournaments with confidence, precision, and energy. You’ll create a fun, seamless experience for every player while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast‑paced environment—all while upholding company standards and gaming regulations.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Responsible for accuracy of table bank

• Responsible for compliance of gaming regulations

• Explain rules and answer questions for guests

• Notify shift supervisor of irregularities in customers play

• Responsible for accuracy of table pot and table rake

• Develop customer relations and facilitate usage of the one club card

• Assist in poker room operation as needed

• Assume additional responsibilities on an as needed basis

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED is Required

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Poker dealing experience is Required

• Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$7.25

 

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

 

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
