Review inbound applicants and identify candidates whose experience aligns with position requirements
Conduct candidate phone screens and provide hiring teams with clear, timely feedback and recommendations
Source prospective candidates through applicable recruiting and sourcing tools to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline
Develop targeted searches using relevant job titles, skills, industries, employers, and other candidate criteria
Communicate with prospective and active candidates throughout the recruiting process to maintain engagement and provide a positive candidate experience
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, including managing scheduling changes and competing calendars
Schedule and facilitate timely interview debrief conversations to help hiring teams maintain momentum and reach decisions
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, interview, and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
- Support offer, pre-employment, and onboarding coordination as needed
Partner closely with members of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team to balance recruiting priorities and provide additional support where candidate or hiring volume is greatest
Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, candidate communication, and overall process efficiency
Perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting or substantial portions of the recruiting lifecycle in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial distribution environment across multiple geographic areas
Experience supporting multiple open requisitions and hiring managers simultaneously
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, databases, or similar recruiting tools
Ability to develop effective candidate searches and adjust sourcing approaches based on market response
Experience working within an applicant tracking system
Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to keep multiple recruiting processes moving at the same time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, candidate-focused approach
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal partners
