Team & Context:

  • Managed services are at the heart of Murex’s corporate strategy. By 2030, Managed Services, namely SaaS and MXevolve, are expected to increase Murex's revenues by 40%.   

  • In this role, you will work across Murex Managed Services, supporting a growing portfolio of solutions that help clients adopt, operate, and continuously evolve their MX.3 environments. This may include SaaS, MXevolve, and other managed service offerings, with responsibilities spanning service adoption, production stability, operational improvement, upgrades, and continuous integration. 

  • You will join the AMER Service Offer team and play a key role in translating global service standards into practical, effective regional execution, while feeding field insights back into the continuous evolution of our regional service standards for our regional clients and teams. 

What you’ll do​: 

Product management and evolution 

  • Help shape and evolve Managed Services value propositions, operating models, and service standards, including SaaS, MXevolve, and future service offerings. 

  • Use regional execution insights, service health observations, and field feedback to influence the Service Offer roadmap and backlog. 

  • Make service scope, release content, methodology changes, and adoption expectations clear and actionable for regional stakeholders. 

 

Regional operations and portfolio management 

  • Partner with CETs, Business Units, Business Development, and Presales to position SaaS and MXevolve in proposals, estimations, RFPs, and client discussions. 

  • Be a trusted regional point of contact for Service Offer questions, helping teams apply operating models, procedures, tooling expectations, and best practices. 

  • Work closely with PMs, PdMs, architecture, functional, and technical domains to drive onboarding, methodology adoption, and consistent execution. 

  • Identify common gaps, deviations, and pain points early, then coordinate pragmatic corrective actions with the right stakeholders. 

  • Support pilots, tooling and process evolutions, feedback loops, KPI follow-up, and continuous improvement across AMER. 

 

Who you are:

Experience / Knowledge / Hard Skills 

  • At least 7 years of Murex experience, ideally with exposure to Managed Services, SaaS, MXevolve, implementation, upgrades, production operations, and/or continuous integration. 

  • Fluent in English and comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders. 

  • Contributed to complex client instances as a project manager, production manager, stream lead, solution architect, service lead, or product expert. 

  • Understand MX.3, Managed Services operating models, service standards, delivery processes, and related tools such as PEGA, JIRA, Murex CI tooling, and MXstudio. 

  • Good knowledge of Murex organization (interactions between departments & domains) and corporate processes. 

  • Strong analytical abilities and intellectual rigor to understand complex issues and their impacts.   

Soft Skills 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively. across multiple teams and engage stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Advanced communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills, with sensitivity to situational context for impactful communication – Ability to influence and facilitate decision making. 

  • Excellent synthesis skills to clearly and concisely communicate complex topics to a non-expert audience. 

  • Excellent organization, discipline and planning skills with ability to adapt to evolving priorities, and translate objectives into milestones, tasks and dependent sub-tasks.   

  • Ability to identify trends and recommend actions to resolve, improve, or enhance a given situation/problem. 

  • Curiosity and openness to change, with a readiness to think outside the box, embrace new ideas and navigate uncharted territories.
