Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead a team of manufacturing engineers, overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes within SYNNEX Corporation. This role focuses on optimizing production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
* Develop, implement, and maintain robust manufacturing processes for new and existing products, ensuring scalability and adherence to quality standards.
* Drive process optimization initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production teams to ensure seamless product introduction and successful manufacturing operations.
* Manage manufacturing engineering projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, budget control, and timeline management.
* Identify and evaluate new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials to improve production capabilities and competitive advantage.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, quality standards (e.g., ISO), and environmental policies.
* Provide technical support and expertise to production teams, troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing long-term solutions.
* Prepare and present reports on manufacturing performance, project status, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
* 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and developing manufacturing engineering teams.
* Strong knowledge of various manufacturing processes, including assembly, test, and automation.
* Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Certification (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) is a plus.
* Proficient in using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering tools.
* Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
