Joe Leone's is looking for a passionate, energetic and motivated Retail Bakery Team Member to join our team in Point Pleasant Beach. As a Retail Bakery Team Member, you will play a crucial role in welcoming our Guests and assisting them with any retail bakery needs. You will be responsible for assisting Guests by providing them with excellent customer service as you slice and package our fresh baked bread. Your attention to detail and quality service will ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old (Requirement to operate bread slicer)
- A positive and welcoming attitude
- Active listening skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Customer service experience
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to work on foot for 6-10 hrs
- Available to work closing and opening shifts
- Available on weekends and holidays
