Social Media Supervisor, Platform

DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.

We are currently looking for a Social Media Supervisor to join our team, where you’ll help lead social strategy for a major global video game property. 

The Supervisor will manage a team of Social Media Managers while serving as a key strategic partner to the client. This person will help shape the brand’s social presence, voice, content strategy, and community approach, translating larger marketing and business priorities into work that feels native to gaming audiences and culture. 

We’re looking for someone with extensive experience leading social media strategies and teams, managing client relationships, and developing distinctive brand voices. A strong affinity for video games and gaming culture is essential, with previous experience working on gaming, entertainment, or fandom-driven brands strongly preferred. Successful candidates should have 4-5 years of experience in social media, preferably within an agency environment.
