We're looking for a Manager, Agile Program Management to lead the successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives for one of our strategic retail clients.

 

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted delivery leader, partnering with client stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams to drive Agile excellence, delivery governance, and continuous improvement across multiple workstreams. You'll help teams deliver business value while ensuring alignment with retail priorities, operational excellence, and enterprise-scale Agile practices.

 

Your Impact

• Lead Agile delivery across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and client priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) Planning.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices while promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and protect teams from scope creep and delivery disruptions.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineering, and Retail Operations teams to prioritize work and deliver business value.
• Support large-scale retail initiatives including POS modernization, eCommerce, inventory, pricing, promotions, and omnichannel experiences.
• Coordinate dependencies across enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, and Supply Chain systems.
• Track delivery metrics including sprint velocity, predictability, cycle time, defect leakage, and release quality, providing clear communication to stakeholders.
• Promote secure, scalable delivery practices while supporting compliance requirements such as PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience leading Agile programs, project management, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience with Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-scale technology programs in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or SmartSheets.
• Experience working with retail, eCommerce, or POS transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations across ERP, CRM, and Supply Chain platforms.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Qualifications

• Agile certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist.
• Experience leading retail digital transformation or omnichannel modernization programs.
• Knowledge of Agile governance, portfolio management, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS and enterprise delivery in regulated environments.
