Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Specialist with 5+ years of ServiceNow experience and strong expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow HRSD solutions to improve the employee experience, streamline HR processes, and enable HR teams to deliver efficient employee services.
The candidate should have hands-on experience working across HRSD capabilities, integrations, workflows, security, and Employee Center, with a strong understanding of HR business processes and ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions based on business requirements.
- Implement and support HRSD capabilities, including:
- HR Case and Knowledge Management
- Employee Center / Employee Service Center
- HR Services and HR Service Catalog
- Lifecycle Events and Journey Management
- Employee Relations
- Workforce Administration
- HR integrations and automation
- Translate HR business requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Notifications, App engine studio.
- Configure and enhance Employee Center experiences, including employee self-service, catalog items, knowledge articles, and portal functionality.
- Implement appropriate HR security and data access controls to protect sensitive employee and HR information.
- Design and support integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external systems such as Oracle HCM, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, identity platforms, and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues, integration failures, data synchronization issues, and workflow exceptions.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, testing, and release management activities.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, HRIT teams, integration teams, ServiceNow platform teams, and third-party vendors.
- Support ongoing platform optimization and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
- Experience implementing or supporting enterprise HR Service Delivery solutions.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with Employee Center / Employee Service Center.
- Experience working with integrations involving HR systems such as Oracle HCM
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills &Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery (CIS-HR) certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and REST APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and AI-powered employee self-service capabilities.
- Experience with Employee Relations and other sensitive HR use cases.
- Knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, employee relations, and HR case management.
