Administrative Functions 

(1)    Upkeep and make records of M&E inventories and stock.
(2)    Keep proper utilities’ records, monitor working condition and performance of M&E services. 
(3)    Carry out proper filing of documents. 
(4)    Processing of resident’s applications for use of facility, access cards, update of personal particulars, renovation, moving, and etc.
(5)    Update and maintain data and building information & records.
(6)    Keep stock and ordering of office inventories. 
(7)    Provide administrative reports and support for the preparation and convening of council meetings and general meetings of the Management Corporation.

Maintenance Functions 

(1)    Attend inquiries and complaints.
(2)    Monitor contractors at work and report performance irregularities to immediate supervisors. 
(3)    Carry out periodic maintenance routine inspections and minor re
