Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of machined aerospace components
• Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and pin gauges
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Verify product compliance with customer and engineering specifications
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
• Identify and report nonconforming materials or parts
• Assist with first article, in-process, and final inspections
• Maintain organized inspection records and quality documentation
• Follow AS9100 quality standards and company procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to read basic blueprints (preferred)
• Experience using measuring tools is a plus
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn
