Payroll Administration Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract 10/2026-09/2027) in our Paris Office (9th arrondissement - hybrid work, 2 days in the office).

Join FactSet's dynamic team as a Payroll Administration Specialist on a fixed-term contract in our Paris office. This position is intended to cover a maternity leave, starting in October and concluding on September 30, 2027.
Your primary responsibility will be managing payroll operations for our diverse employees across France, Latvia, Spain, and Luxembourg. Collaborate closely with our global payroll provider, ADP, to ensure compliance with international payroll regulations and standards. You'll be adept at quickly resolving payroll discrepancies, enhancing ongoing benefit processes, and taking on administrative tasks in the absence of the HR Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for employees in multiple countries.
- Collaborate with ADP to ensure compliance with international payroll standards.
- Swiftly address and resolve payroll issues and discrepancies.
- Drive improvements in benefit processes and participate in related projects.
- Backup HR Assistant in managing administrative tasks.
Payroll Records Management:
- Prepare and analyze monthly variance reports for HRIS records ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Attendance and Payroll Support:
- Respond promptly to all payroll and attendance-related inquiries, maintaining efficiency in communication and problem resolution.
Special Assignments:
- Actively contribute to and participate in special projects, demonstrating full engagement and collaboration.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
- Fluent in English, with good verbal and written communication skills to navigate our multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in international payroll regulations and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The recruitment process will consist of an interview with the Talent Acquisition team followed by 2 operational interviews, and will kick off the week of August 24th.
