Senior Mobile & Web Engineer (IPP tribe)

N-iX is looking for a Senior Mobile/Web engineer to join our team. 

The Investment and Pension Products (IPP) tribe at Raisin builds Raisin’s capital markets–based products, enabling customers to grow their wealth with confidence. We take complex, highly regulated financial systems and turn them into easy, transparent, and scalable product experiences. This is core to Raisin’s mission, given the central role these product lines play in Raisin becoming the home for our customers’ wealth.

The teams in the IPP tribe аре cross-functional and focused on the further internationalisation of Raisin’s investment products. The team owns the design, development, and operation of its services end-to-end, following a “you build it, you run it” mindset. This includes responsibility for system reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement in close collaboration with Product, Risk, and other stakeholders.

Team’s Stack:

• Backend: Java (Spring Boot), MySQL, Kafka, AWS
• Web: TypeScript, ReactJS
• Mobile: TypeScript, React Native

Responsibilities:

• Delight customers and internal stakeholders by building and maintaining high-quality customer-facing platforms and internal tools.
• Own the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing refinement of applications and services end-to-end.
• Guide features through the full lifecycle—from discovery and implementation to testing, iteration, and successful launch.
• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code with a strong quality mindset (unit, integration, component, and contract testing where applicable).
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Risk, and other stakeholders to translate complex domain requirements into practical, efficient, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Actively participate in architecture discussions and contribute to defining technical standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and overall operational readiness to enhance developer productivity.
• Work in an agile, cross-functional team with end-to-end ownership and a strong sense of accountability.
• Use AI tools productively and responsibly to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture through knowledge sharing, constructive feedback, mentoring, and pairing.

Profile Description:
● University degree in CS/related field or equivalent practical experience.
● 5+ years of experience with React and React Native, with a proven track record of shipping production iOS/Android apps and Next.js web applications.

Technical skills:
● Proficiency in React, React Native, Next.js, React Hooks, and state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with monorepo tooling (Nx, Turborepo) managing separate Web and Mobile repositories.
  ● Experience with Microfrontend (MFE) architectures on the web.
  ● Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and mobile-first responsive web design.
  ● Familiarity with CSS-in-JS (styled-components) and modern UI libraries (Material-UI, Radix UI). ● Experience with Next.js (App/Page Router), SSG, JAMstack, and headless CMS platforms is a plus.
  
  App lifecycle expertise:
  ● Hands-on experience with mobile app signing, store submissions (App Store, Google Play), and web deployments (Vercel, AWS).
  ● Experience with CI/CD automation using GitLab CI, Fastlane, and Expo EAS.
