Main Responsibilities
1. Monitor vessel schedules and prepare daily berthing plan reports.
2. Prepare and distribute discharge lists to slot partners.
3. Coordinate cargo booking forecasts (CBF) with shipping partners.
4. Prepare and send pre-loading plans and stowage instructions to terminals.
5. Verify cargo loading activities against Bill of Lading (B/L) data.
6. Monitor and report vessel departure status and operational conditions.
7. Review and validate stevedoring charges against actual cargo handled.
8. Monitor and report daily container/equipment stock conditions.
9. Coordinate with terminals, shipping partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth vessel operations.
10. Ensure accuracy of operational documentation, cargo data, and logistics reporting.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Patient, professional, and able to maintain good working relationships.
• Proactive, shows initiative, and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn.
