The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services to support business operations. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing, maintains supplier relationships, and helps ensure materials are delivered on time to meet organizational needs.Key Responsibilities
· Source and procure materials, products, and services in alignment with company requirements
· Issue purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and legal requirements
· Resolve issues related to shipments, pricing discrepancies, or delivery delays
· Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
