As our client continues an exciting period of international growth, they are looking for a highly organised and proactive Board Support Administrator to join their global governance function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant, Governance Coordinator or Company Secretarial Assistant who enjoys working in a professional environment and wants to develop valuable governance and board-level experience.
Key Responsibilities
You'll play a key role in supporting the Internal Company Secretary function across our global business, ensuring that Board, Committee and Senior Management governance activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating Board, Committee and Senior Management meetings across multiple jurisdictions
- Managing governance calendars, meeting schedules and key deadlines
- Preparing, compiling and distributing agendas, board packs and meeting materials
- Coordinating meeting logistics, including virtual meetings and international schedules
- Maintaining governance records, document repositories and tracking logs
- Supporting the execution and administration of resolutions and governance approvals
- Maintaining governance databases and corporate records
- Supporting governance reporting, action tracking and process improvement initiatives
- Assisting with director onboarding, governance events and other corporate administration activities
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Circa 2-5 years' experience in an executive assistant, board support or governance support function from within a financial services or professional services environment
- Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders, executives, boards or committees
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a highly accurate approach to record keeping
- Experience coordinating complex diaries, meetings and schedules
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
