The Distribution Center Clerk - Exceptions is responsible for researching and resolving customer orders that fall outside of the normal Personalization workflow, including outs, missing merchandise, no-location inventory, mispicks, and other operational exceptions
The Distribution Center Clerk - Exceptions position is located in Olive Branch, MS.
You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will....
- Review, research, and resolve outs, missing units, mispicks, no-location merchandise, and other operational exceptions
- Research order status, inventory availability, and merchandise location to determine the appropriate next action
- Initiate and follow re-pick or corrective action through completion
- Prioritize aged and time-sensitive customer orders to prevent unnecessary delays
- Maintain accurate system statuses and an organized exception work area
- Partner with Picking, Inventory Control, Techniques, QA, Packing, and other teams to return orders to the standard workflow
- Identify recurring exception trends and escalate unresolved barriers to operational leadership

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 6 months - 1 year experience in a warehouse/distribution setting with similar responsibilities
- This is an onsite and in office role
- Must be a self-starter and a team player
- Have working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Have excellent attendance
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Able to read and match numbers
- Able to research and resolve issues with minimal direction
- Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
- Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
We prefer some of these qualities as well….
- Working knowledge of PKMS, QlikView, and warehouse inventory systems
- Exposure to personalization, picking, packing, quality, and Inventory Control processes
