Responsibilities
Your role as a Program Advisor will involve:Drive sales of IE Law School Executive Education programs and contribute directly to achieving enrolment and revenue targets.
Identify and develop commercial opportunities by engaging with prospective students and following up on qualified leads.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment through to application and final enrolment.
Advise candidates on the programs that best match their professional goals, needs and career aspirations.
Monitor the sales pipeline and candidate activity through the CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting on progress towards enrolment targets.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree.
Advanced level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Strong commercial orientation, with the ability to identify opportunities, follow up with prospective students and support enrolment objectives.
Previous experience in customer service, sales or admissions is highly valued.
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Highly client-focused, proactive and results-oriented.
Excellent organizational, process-management and continuous-improvement skills.
Experience using CRM systems is preferred, including data entry and the tracking of applications and enrolment documentation.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and international offices.
Must hold a valid work permit for Spain.
