- Technical Focus: Proven track record in production planning, process manufacturing, or quality assurance modules. (Note: Candidates with purely FI/CO or non-production module backgrounds will not be considered).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical training.
- Languages: Business fluent German (C1 minimum) and strong English skills (B2 minimum).
- Mindset & Mobility: Client-oriented, confident communicator with a collaborative attitude; willing to travel ~20% and work on-site in Munich at least 2 days per week.
Nice to have: Experience in GxP/regulated environments, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, or SAP BTP.
Core Benefits
- Flexible Work Model: Hybrid arrangement with up to 3 home-office days per week and flexible working rules.
- Mobility Option: Company car available after successful completion of the 6-month probation period.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of projects from initial implementation through post-go-live support in high-impact industries.
- Modern Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, BTP, and modern cloud integration models.
