Senior Tech Lead

Overview

Our client is a fast-growing digital platforms company driving enterprise and business transformation through modern, cloud-native engineering. They're looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python, AI-powered application development, Agentic AI, and cloud-native engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications using Node.js, NestJS, ReactJS, MongoDB, Python, and Microsoft Azure
• Stay actively involved in hands-on development, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical problem solving
• Architect enterprise-grade microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed applications
• Drive engineering best practices across clean code, design patterns, testing, security, observability, and CI/CD
• Lead and mentor engineering teams while fostering a strong engineering culture
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Design and implement Azure-based solutions using services such as AKS, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and DevOps pipelines
• Leverage AI-powered engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and similar platforms to improve engineering productivity and delivery quality
• Develop and utilize AI agents, workflows, reusable prompts, MCP integrations, and automation capabilities to accelerate software engineering processes
• Build AI-enabled solutions using Python for LLM integrations, orchestration frameworks, automation pipelines, data processing, and AI/ML-driven capabilities
• Contribute to AI-enabled solution architectures including agent orchestration, workflow automation, RAG-based systems, and enterprise AI integrations
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities to drive innovation and engineering excellence

Requirements & Skills

• Software engineering experience with strong technical leadership exposure
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Lead Engineer, or Senior Technical Lead in enterprise application development
• Strong hands-on expertise in: Node.js, NestJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, Python, REST APIs & Microservices
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure/AWS cloud technologies and DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of scalable system design, distributed systems, API architecture, authentication, security, and performance optimization
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native engineering practices
• Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted engineering tools, AI-native solution development, LLM integrations, and agentic AI frameworks
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
• Passionate about technology, innovation, and building high-performing engineering teams
