As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Job Description & Summary: A career within…. 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions. 

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Recruitment, Training and Event Management, and Performance Management. 

  • Customize SAP HCM processes to support HR business processes. 

  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and support post-implementation. 

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users. 

  • Provide documentation including design specs, functional specs, and user manuals. 

  • Support data migration and integration activities related to SAP HCM. 

  • Stay updated with SAP HCM industry best practices and system upgrades. 

  • Coordinate with technical teams for development and integration. 

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies related to HR processes. 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 

  •  years of experience in SAP HCM functional consulting. 

  • Expertise in SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS, Recruitment, Learning, and Performance Management. 

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and policies. 

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus. 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team-oriented environment. 

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with other modules (FI/CO, MM) is an advantage. 

 

Preferred: 

  • SAP HCM Certification. 

  • Experience with SAP HCM Payroll in localized regions. 

  • Exposure to SAP upgrades and support projects.
