Position Overview
- Lead Land Planner - focused on large-scale single-family residential developments.
- Working closely with 1 landscape architect and engineering leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the conceptual design and master planning of large-scale single-family communities, balancing developer vision, environmental constraints, and marketability.
- Evaluate zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and site constraints (drainage, topography, connectivity) to assess development feasibility.
- Create compelling site plans, illustrative master plans, and presentation graphics for developers, municipal staff, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience in land planning, must have experience in single-family residential master-planned communities.
