Customer Analytics Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Analytics Manager to join our team. As the Customer Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading our customer analytics strategy and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement customer analytics strategies to support business objectives

- Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from various sources, including CRM, social media, and website analytics

- Identify trends and patterns in customer behavior and provide insights to inform business decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions

- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to target specific customer groups

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer analytics and data management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer analytics or a related role

- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, or Python

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Knowledge of statistical modeling and segmentation techniques

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proven track record of using data to drive business results

- Insurance industry experience is a plus
