Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant role.

Job specification

• Review vendor invoices and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approval workflows.
• Handle journal entries (accruals, amortization, fixed assets, leases) and perform month-end/year-end closing, including reconciliations and periodic runs.
• Manage cross-border intercompany billing and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Maintain SAP/Concur systems and support new entity setup, master data updates, and system-related requests.
• Prepare VAT, CIT, and other tax filings and ensure timely submission. Support related-party reporting and tax audits.
• Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires.

• 审核供应商发票，确保数据准确、完整，并符合审批流程要求。
• 负责会计分录处理（包括预提、摊销、固定资产及租赁相关分录），并执行月结及年结工作，包括对账及系统定期处理。
• 负责跨境关联方之间的内部结算开票，确保开票及时、准确。
• 维护SAP/Concur系统，支持新公司设立、主数据维护及各类系统相关需求。
• 准备增值税、企业所得税等各类税务申报，确保按时合规申报，并支持关联交易报告及税务审计工作。
• 完成公司根据岗位职责要求安排的其他相关工作。

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience 
• Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and tax authorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines (e.g., month-end closing and tax filing timelines)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with SAP/Concur or similar accounting systems is preferred
• Intermediate Accounting Qualification is required; CPA/ACCA certification is a plus
• Proficiency in English reading and writing is required

• 工作细致严谨，具备较强的时间管理能力（如月结及税务申报关键节点）

• 具备会计中级职称（必须），CPA/ACCA持证或在考者优先
• 具备良好的英文读写能力
