JOB PURPOSE

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for an experienced and meticulous Senior Analyst Asset Management, who will be responsible for end-to-end management of IT Assets from procurement to its disposal.
• The incumbent will report to IT Asset Manager – and must understand Asset Management processes, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver all that is in-house, apart from coordinating with external vendors and consultants to ensure proper maintenance of IT Assets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Should have working knowledge of SEZ rules and procedures
• Should have working knowledge of procurements processes
• Should be excellent in spoken & written communication and good interpersonal skills
• Should have worked in client facing roles
• Tracking and analyzing technical and financial data of company hardware assets from requisition to retirement/disposal

QUALIFICATION

• Must have US HealthCare Domain knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field
• Good to have Foundation certification in ITIL 4
• Possess IAITAM Certifications such as CHAMP, CSAM, CITAD, CAMSE and CITAM, but required within one year of accepting the position.

EXPERIENCE

•   4-5 years of experience as IT Asset Management Analyst/Professional
• Managing IT Asset Life Cycle
• Keeping Track of IT Assets Usage
• Manage warranties, renewals and RMA
• Exposure to SEZ policies and processes
• Manage inventory of CIs and assets, including dependencies and attributes
• Managing lifecycle of hardware from their procurement to retirement/disposal
• Generate and distribute various reports, including compliance reports on current assets, CIs and their status
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to determine trends in asset performance
• Establish and maintain hardware maintenance database
• Generate Curated Reports and prepare organization for Compliance Audits
