Role Purpose

The role is responsible for delivering day-to-day People Services and HR operations across areas such as employee administration, payroll support, rewards, personnel records, reporting, compliance, and people service delivery.

The role works independently within established processes and guidelines, applying practical HR knowledge to resolve operational matters and support a smooth employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day People Services and HR administration activities in line with defined processes and policies.
• Support payroll, full and final settlement, employee records, and other employee lifecycle activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide support on employment-related queries, HR processes, and employee services.
• Maintain accurate employee data and prepare regular HR and statistical reports.
• Support the implementation of rewards programs and other established HR initiatives.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to process improvement, standardization, and workflow automation.
• Work with HR, employees, managers, payroll, and other stakeholders to resolve operational queries and issues.
• Ensure activities are delivered in compliance with company policies, processes, and applicable requirements.
• Apply established methods and select appropriate solutions for day-to-day operational issues, escalating complex matters when required.
• Support and guide less experienced colleagues through knowledge sharing and process guidance where required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR Operations, People Services, Payroll, Employee Administration, or a related area.
• Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and HR systems.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
