Salary Range: The annual salary for this position ranges from $53,000 - $79,500. Exact compensation may vary based on qualification, experience, and education.

We are looking for a Developer to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
 

Reporting to the Applications Architect, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of software development languages and technologies, including C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and Java, while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team. You'll participate in the full software development lifecycle, contribute to meaningful projects, and help deliver reliable, high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions in an Agile development environment.
• Analyze information needs, business requirements, and system workflows to develop effective technical solutions.
• Create, maintain, and enhance software applications and services.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve software defects and production issues.
• Review and improve existing code to enhance performance, maintainability, and efficiency.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that supports future enhancements and long-term sustainability.
• Monitor system health, identify issues, and help ensure data integrity and application reliability.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Participate in testing activities to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Research and learn new technologies, applications, and development practices to support continuous improvement.
• Document development work and communicate technical information clearly and effectively.

What you’ll need:

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another related field.
• Experience developing software applications through coursework, projects, co-op placements, internships, or professional experience.
• Understanding of software development fundamentals, methodologies, and best practices.
• Knowledge of software design, testing, debugging, and documentation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
