Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Associate Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Associate Production Supervisor role involves directing manufacturing operations carried out on a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they meet volume, quality, and cost objectives.

What a typical day looks like:

• Follow-up and compliance with production rates.
• Personnel management (attendance, permissions, vacations, activities, training, etc.).
• WIP control.
• Material control (assembly kits and scrap).
• Escalations due to line stoppages.
• Attend support meetings (Checkpoint).
• Training plan for personnel under their supervision.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Engineering degree or Bachelor’s degree.
• Availability to work all three shifts is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Mandatory knowledge of SMT and Backend processes.
• Excellent personnel management skills.
• 5S knowledge.
