Job Responsibilities
Lead teams responsible for enterprise data platforms, cloud infrastructure, on‑premises systems, and AI enablement initiatives
Provide leadership across Azure, enterprise data platforms, infrastructure operations, networking, virtualization, and business technology services
Define technology roadmaps, priorities, and architectural standards aligned with business objectives
Coach, mentor, and develop managers, engineers, and technical leads while fostering a culture of accountability and growth
Drive delivery of strategic initiatives across infrastructure modernization, cloud services, data platforms, and AI enablement
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, analytics, AI, and operational improvements
Establish and enforce standards for infrastructure, cloud platforms, data services, automation, and AI governance
Guide architecture decisions across cloud, data warehousing, integrations, identity, resiliency, and operational tooling
Improve operational maturity through service ownership, lifecycle management, monitoring, documentation, and support models
Partner with cybersecurity, compliance, and risk teams to strengthen security, resilience, and responsible AI practices
Drive platform reliability, backup and recovery readiness, and business continuity capabilities
Identify and address technical debt, operational inefficiencies, data quality issues, and platform risks
Manage platform performance, scalability, cost optimization, and long‑term technology health
Build strong cross-functional partnerships that improve execution, decision-making, and business outcomes
Provide leadership visibility into risks, priorities, resource needs, and roadmap progress
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, data platform, enterprise systems, or related technology functions, including leadership experience
Proven experience leading technical teams, managers, engineers, or cross-functional technology initiatives in complex enterprise environments
Strong experience with cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, data platforms/data warehousing, and technology operations
Experience developing technology roadmaps, governance frameworks, operational processes, and scalable business-focused solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, or enterprise platform initiatives
Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, identity and access management, and hybrid infrastructure environments
Experience with enterprise data platforms, data warehousing, analytics, and data operations
Familiarity with AI enablement, automation strategies, and responsible AI governance practices
Experience with infrastructure architecture, networking, virtualization, storage, monitoring, and disaster recovery
Knowledge of governance, service ownership, configuration management, and operational excellence frameworks
Experience partnering with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align technology investments with business goals
Strong mentoring, organizational development, and change leadership capabilities
Experience driving platform cost optimization, lifecycle management, and operational efficiency
Industry certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent certifications

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $162,000 - $220,700. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $178,200 - $242,800. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $186,300 - $253,800. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
