Job Description:
- 4+ years of experience in software development in Vision plus CMS module including Posting changes.
- Experience in other subsystems like FAS, TRAMS, CTA, MBS, ASM are preferred.
- Experience in developing and delivering in Agile methodology is essential.
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Handle enhancements, defect fixes, and production support for card processing systems
- credit/debit card lifecycle, transaction processing, and reconciliation

Day-to-Day Activities:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements

- Developing and maintaining technology roadmaps
- Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
- Mentoring and providing technical guidance to team members
- Driving technology initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology leadership and software development
