For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 6 to 9 years of professional experience working as a IBM BAW Developer;
- Hands-on experience in IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow) or IBM ICM (Case Manager) (mandatory);
- Experience with IBM Process Designer - process modeling, service flows, BPDs, coaches;
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP Web Services and SOA architecture;
- Programming experience using JavaScript/ECMAScript (BAW scripting, coach logic);
- Understanding of SQL/ PL/SQL;
- Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira, Kanban);
- Experience with version control, using Git and Bitbucket;
- Familiarity with Java/J2EE, for custom service integration and backend extensions is a nice to have;
- Experience using Angular for frontend development beyond native BAW coaches is a nice to have;
- Grasp in CI/CD pipelines processes and tooling such as Jenkins is a nice to have;
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) is a nice to have;
- Experience writing documentation using Confluence/Swagger is a nice to have;
- Fluency in English (B2 Level);
- Availability for a hybrid regime, 2x/week, based in Lisbon (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
