Are you in?  Your role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Senior Staff Safety Architect, you will drive the development of innovative chip and system

architectures that meet safety and customer standards. You will c oordinate with cross-functional teams (systems,

product definition, safety, analog design, verification) to resolve complex

issues.  Define  chip and system architecture  to meet customer and safety requirements Build and use  system models  (Matlab, SystemC, Verilog-A) and run top-level simulations to validate concepts De-risk  innovations  via proof-of-concept/test chips and data-driven

evaluations Lead  requirements

definition , continuous refinement, and

end-to-end traceability and review PVSR and close gaps Conduct  architectural

explorations : feasibility studies,

safety analyses, and data analysis Develop  fault-handling

strategies  and degraded modes of

operation Produce and review  safety and compliance analyses and documentation  to meet regulatory and ISO 26262 expectations  Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You

are a creative problem-solver with familiarity in Analog, Power

electronics and Physics of semiconductor devices.

Your excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills allow you to collaborate with multidisciplinary and cross-site

teams. Master's degree or equivalent in Electronics or Microelectronics 7+ years  of relevant experience in concept/architecture or analog IC design  Strong background in embedded

hardware/software and full product development lifecycle  Experience with behavioral modelling of Analog blocks

and mixed signal verification, and bench-level testing, wafer probing, and

silicon debug Experience with Unix/Linux shell commands and editors, HDL (System Verilog, VHDL), SPICE simulators (ELDO, Spectre, HSPICE) Knowledge of automotive industry standards and

requirements such as ISO 26262 and AEC-Q100, and physical design and parasitic extraction Fluency  in
