Role Summary
As an Associate Sales Consultant, you'll help people make informed decisions about their financial future.
You will support clients in one of two business areas: Workplace Retirement or Personal Investors.
In Workplace Retirement, you'll help participants make the most of their employer-sponsored retirement plans by providing education, guidance, and support on retirement planning, investment options, and portfolio-related questions. You'll build relationships with retirement plan participants, help resolve complex inquiries, and identify referral opportunities who may benefit from more personalized financial guidance from a licensed Financial Consultant.
In Personal Investors, you'll work directly with individual investors, providing education and guidance on investment, retirement, and financial planning needs while helping them make informed financial decisions and achieve their long-term goals.
You’ll serve as a trusted resource by answering questions, providing education and guidance, and helping clients navigate important financial decisions. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in financial services while developing transferable skills that can support long-term growth into service, sales, advice, and financial planning opportunities. You'll work directly with clients, learn about investing and retirement planning, and gain exposure to a broad range of investment products and services.
At T. Rowe Price, we invest in your success. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and dedicated paid study time to help you obtain your FINRA licenses and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth. Placement within Workplace Retirement or Personal Investors will be determined based on business need.
You’ll begin your career alongside a cohort of new associates in a structured orientation experience that combines interactive learning, real-world client scenarios, mentorship, and exposure to leaders and career paths across Individual Investors, helping you build confidence, connections, and a strong foundation for success.
