Job Description:
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of the bonded warehouse and bonded materials at the Johor Bahru factory.
- Handle customs clearance, filing, write-off/cancellation, and regulatory processes related to Malaysia's bonded zone.
- Coordinate factory equipment import plans (including temporary import/export, bonded processing, equipment import duty exemption procedures, etc.).
- Liaise with Malaysian Customs / Customs Department, handling customs inspections and audits.
- Standardize the management of bonded ledgers, documentation, and reports.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or bonded operations.
- Knowledgeable in Malaysian bonded operations and familiar with LMW / LBS / LWS operational procedures.
- Proficient in English as a working language, capable of directly communicating with Malaysian Customs.
- Experience in manufacturing / factory bonded warehouse operations.
- Preferred Qualifications:Experience in planning and setting up LMW / LWS bonded warehouses in Malaysia.
- Possessing a local driving license.
Salary Range: RM7k - RM9k
