What you'll do:
- Identify and assess appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements.
- Perform initial data quality checks and manage data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
- Develop and deliver clear, insightful data visualizations and reports to support decision-making across multiple business domains.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align data strategies with organizational goals and provide actionable business insights.
- Mentor junior analysts on data analysis methods, visualization best practices, and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain data quality metrics and compliance with governance policies.
What you'll bring:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies including distributed datastores.
- Strong skills in data analysis, data management, and ad hoc reporting to support business decision-making.
- Expertise in Tableau or similar business intelligence tools for advanced data visualization and storytelling.
- Ability to identify, assess, and ensure data quality, applying data governance and management standards.
- Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable data solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Knowledge of exploratory data analysis techniques and statistical methods to uncover insights and trends.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
