Description
Falls of Neuse Management is seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Processor in Raleigh, NC. The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the accurate and timely input and processing of all assigned vendor/location invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Match vendor invoices with approved purchase orders (3-way match) using Excel based templates and TIMS/Boomi (inventory/matching systems).
- Analyze and resolve unmatched invoices.
- Comply with payment deadlines to ensure that all available discounts are taken.
- Review and resolve past due invoices or credit balances from vendor statements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from both internal/external customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires high school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to troubleshoot formulas and work with upload files and templates.
- Experience with Great Plains software a definite plus.
- Experience reviewing and analyzing Concur expense reports.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve invoice processing issues.
