Description
The Headhunter, on behalf of its client, a reputable and stable company with a significant market presence in energy, engineering and technical project delivery, is looking for an experienced, meticulous and highly motivated International Tender and Sales Support Specialist to support the company's sales team in international markets, working from North Macedonia.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring tenders and public procurement opportunities on portals in the UK, EU, US and North Macedonia, and identifying relevant opportunities early.
- Analysing tender documentation: requirements, deadlines, evaluation criteria and required documents.
- Preparing tender submissions: completing forms, gathering certificates, references and declarations, and finalising and submitting bids through online portals.
- Coordinating with technical and commercial colleagues on pricing, specifications and timelines before submission.
- Keeping records of tenders (deadlines, status, outcomes) and keeping the team informed on time.
- Communicating with contracting authorities and clarifying questions in English.
- Providing general administrative and commercial support to international sales (quotations, documentation, meeting preparation).
- Supporting public procurement for other companies within the group.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English. This is non-negotiable.
- Excellent command of Word, Excel and AI tools
- Previous experience in public procurement
- Meticulous and reliable handling of large volumes of documentation, with close attention to deadlines and detail
- Ability to work independently and navigate online public procurement portals (e.g. ESPP in North Macedonia and TED in the EU)
Nice to Have
- Experience with international tenders
- Basic technical understanding (energy, vehicles or equipment)
- Experience in sales or working with international clients
