About the Role

As a Residential Roofing Sales Consultant, you are the face of Georgia Roof Advisors in the field. Your mission is simple: meet with homeowners, understand their roofing needs, and confidently guide them toward the right solution. You will be provided with pre-qualified, company-generated warm leads and a company truck to run them.

This is not a lone-wolf operation. You will be working with a tight-knit, high-performing team (currently doing over $1M+ in volume each). Our Sales Manager, Shawn, leads from the front, out in the field selling and supporting the team. Our leadership style is data-driven; we believe the data tells the facts. If you are struggling, leadership will immediately come to your aid using data to pinpoint exactly what you can do better to succeed. We provide the systems, the tech, the leads, and the support—you provide the drive and the close.

What’s In It for You

• Target Earnings (OTE): 100,000–150,000+.

• Commission Structure: Uncapped commissions! You earn a commission on company-provided leads, with a higher, premium commission rate for deals you self-generate through networking and referrals.

• Training Pay: Guaranteed $500/week during your onboarding and training period (up to five weeks).

• Company Vehicle: A take-home company truck is provided. 

• Technology: Company iPad and iPhone apps provided, completely outfitting you for a paperless sales process.

Core Responsibilities

• Run up to 4 scheduled, sales appointments daily (typically 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM), with flexibility for Saturday calls when homeowners are available.

• Most appointments are company generated leads; earn higher commission on self generated leads. 

• Perform professional, comprehensive roof inspections.

• Identify appropriate repair, maintenance, and replacement solutions.

• Educate homeowners on their options and make clear, honest recommendations.

• Prepare and present estimates and proposals via iPad.

• Confidently ask for the sale and secure signed agreements.

• Actively manage your sales pipeline and activities accurately in our Zuper CRM.

• Supplement company leads by building your own pipeline through networking (Chambers, BNI), generating referrals, and leveraging neighborhood activity around your active builds.

• Complete an accurate and thorough handoff to our Production team once a project is sold.

Required & Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of proven B2C outside sales or in-home closing experience is required.

• Roofing experience is a plus, but we will train the right, driven sales professional (Training spans 2 to 5 weeks depending on industry experience).

• Must be highly tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly. You will heavily utilize an iPad, Zuper CRM, and field tools like pitch gauges, moisture meters, and temp guns.

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Ability and willingness to climb and inspect roofs. 

• Drone certification a plus. 

• Ideally resides in or close to Marietta, GA to effectively manage the territory.
