Responsibilities:

This role manages RGE group’s freight operations and implements logistics excellence initiatives, by supporting the Project and Operation (both Direct and Indirect) procurement functions.

• Own logistics operations and establish working relationship across internal and external stakeholders for shipment coordination and issue resolution

• Drive supply chain process alignment, check and training across the group

• Manage performance of 3PLs: leading business and operations review to exceed KPIs as well as serving as escalation point for key issues

• Partner with Business Units and functions to deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity, including through digital/ technology implementation

• Contribute to the team’s/ department’s knowledge by actively sharing best practices and guiding other team members as necessary

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in logistics/ supply chain, engineering or business management

• 5-7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated capabilities in logistics operations (freight and warehousing)

• Experience in planning, executing and monitoring enterprise transformation initiatives, including digitalization/ AI implementation

• Communication skills and stakeholder management experience in a matrix organization

• A strong mindset of continuous improvement and challenging the status quo, with an analytical and hands-on approach

• Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
