Residential Service Plumber | Climate Control | Liberty, MO (Kansas City Metro)
Overview
While other shops slow down for the season, we’re not. Climate Control is growing across the Kansas City Northland, and we need a skilled Residential Service Plumber to keep our customers running. You’ll get a stocked truck, steady calls, and a team that has your back, so you can focus on doing great work and earning what you’re worth.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including leaks, drains, fixtures, water heaters, and water and gas lines
- Install and replace water heaters (tank and tankless), fixtures, faucets, toilets, and disposals
- Clear drain and sewer line stoppages, and do camera inspections when needed
- Present repair options clearly and professionally so homeowners can make informed decisions
- Complete work orders, photos, and invoices in our field service software
- Keep your service truck clean, stocked, and organized
- Take part in the on-call rotation, including some evenings and weekends
- Follow all code, safety, and company standards on every job
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Journeyman plumbing license (Kansas City–area jurisdiction) preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Professional, customer-friendly communication in customers’ homes
- Comfortable with tablet-based field service software (ServiceTitan a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
